Where do you ship LCARS?
I deliver anywhere in the world with a delay ranging between 7-15 days. Visit my store for shipping cost.
How the prints are sent?
Shipments are secured with tracking number. All my prints are sending in hard tubes then placed in cardboard boxes for perfect security.
The frame is included?
No, it is impossible to send a frame as large. You order a printed version. You can buy a frame of the trade, have it done by a professional or make it yourself (a tutorial video will be available soon to make easy and inexpensive a frame).
Note : I suggest you consider the size indicated in cm (metric) on my store. Size in inches is indicative only (I mesure in metric my print).
Is it possible to the backlight?
No it is not possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept only Paypal as payment. Simple and secure.
Do you accept refunds?
Given the very specific nature of my work (numbered, custom-made, etc.) I do not accept the return. Of course my shipping are guaranteed against damage or loss!
What quality of paper you use?
My prints are made on photo paper exposure thick and treated against UV. These are not "posters"!
My paper is mat 230g/m2.
Can I have it in another dimension than that proposed in your store?
Yes but it must have the same proportions. Contact me.
